2. I send you trip options for you to review, and you pick your favorite

3. You upload your payment information via a secure portal

4. I book what you've requested, send you confirmations and all important travel details you need to know

HOTEL BOOKINGS

When you have your destination in mind and are ready to pick your hotel I will start the research! I look through multiple different platforms to find the best value, best reviewed, and most memorable hotel with your budget and preferences in mind. After looking through all the options, I will select 3 to 5 of the best hotels and create a PDF with prices, details, perks offered, and photos for you to review and make your pick.

What's in it for you? No booking fee, time savings of not having to look through hundreds of hotels, and the best part: usually extra perks for free. These perks can include free breakfast, a resort credit, room upgrades, early check in/ late check out, and most importantly a direct line to the hotel management team if something goes wrong during your stay. I am here to make sure your vacation is perfect, and will contact the hotel on your behalf is something is not up to par.

CRUISE BOOKINGS

Cruises are one of the most popular ways to vacation due to being able to visit multiple destinations, having food included, and having ample activities at your fingertips. When you have a destination in mind, I look through the different cruise ship offerings, prices, itineraries and potential excursions to provide you with quotes for a few different cruises to find the one that fits your every need. These cruises include large cruise ships that you would imagine, but also smaller river cruises, and luxury yacht cruises. Prices on cruises booking through a travel agent are the same, or sometimes less expensive due to promotions only available to travel agents, some cruise lines also offer additional onboard credit or perks.

POINTS FLIGHT + HOTEL BOOKINGS

If you're tighter on a budget, but want to travel internationally using points for flights and a hotel, or paying for a hotel and using points for your flight is one of the best ways. Since travel agents receive commission from booking flights or hotels, if you're looking to use points I do charge a fee for my time researching points deals.

What does this look like? A recent example is a client with a $3K honeymoon budget that wanted to stay at a luxury beach resort in Oceania. After they paid the points consultation fee ($50), I found three destination options where they could sign up for a credit card, use the card to book the hotel (hitting the minimum spend for a sign up bonus), and then book flights to Tahiti with those bonus points. With the flight fully covered, the couple was able to book an overwater bungalow, stay within their budget and get additional perks of free breakfast and a resort credit, saving them even more money.

ITINERARY PLANNING + BOOKINGS

Simple Itinerary Planning: If you're planning a longer trip to a destination and you want help with laying what cities to visit when, bookings tours, airport transfers, hotels and car rentals, then a simple itinerary is what I'm here to help you with! With this complimentary service, I will lay out your multi day trip, provide tour options, hotel options and other basic planning needs. During the consultation phase I will put together two different itineraries based on the information you provided to me, then you pick your favorite and I book it all for you. Complex Itinerary Planning: If you're planning a longer trip to a destination and and want each day planned out, restaurants reserved, shows booked, and all hotel, airport transfer and transportation bookings made, a complex itinerary plan is for you. If you already know what you want to do, I'll put together the most efficient itinerary and book everything for you. If you're not sure what the best tours, locations etc are, I will put options together for you, where you can pick which key sites you want to see and explore. For complex itinerary planning I charge a planning fee of $200 per week of travel.
